A "Balance Due" or "Your Claim Is Stuck" notice indicates that your bill, or a portion of your bill, has not yet been paid. To provide secondary insurance information, please contact the Ambulance District’s Billing Services at 914-798-9793. If your insurance carrier provided partial reimbursement, the Ambulance District may be able to provide special considerations for financial hardship.
