1. When are the tennis courts available to use?

Weather permitting the courts open on April 1st and close on October 31st.

Court hours: 9:00 am to Dusk

2. Do I need a permit to use the courts?

Memberships are recommended. Only members can make advance reservations.

3. Can I pay a daily fee to use the courts?

Tennis memberships are recommended. Daily visit fees are available for residents, see our Tennis section on our website. No reservations are accepted for non members.

4. Is there an attendant at the courts?

Yes, from April to October there is an attendant on duty.  If you need to reach the attendant, please call 914-834-7074.

5. Are there restrooms at the courts?

There are public restrooms, which are only open when the attendant is on duty.

6. Can I bring my own tennis instructor onto the courts?

Tennis lessons of any kind are strictly prohibited, except for lessons offered through the Recreation Department.  Violators will be asked to leave the courts, and end the lesson immediately.

7. How do I make a court reservation?

Members are allowed to make an advanced reservation by calling the tennis courts at 914-834-7074 during the established court hours.  Your membership ID card must be provided at the check-in time.

8. What is the guest policy?

Members are allowed to bring guests.  Guest fees must be paid to the attendant prior to play.  Cash or exact change is required.

Guests must play on the same court as their host.

Guest fees are nonrefundable.

9. What is the inclement weather policy?

The on duty attendant will make the decision if the courts are playable.  In the event of heavy rain, we reserve the right to close the courts for the day, and cancel all existing reservations.
